I’m currently the Technical Producer for Steel Hunters at DPS Games, leading a team of 30+ engineers, tech artists, and specialists to develop a free-to-play third-person hero shooter. I manage four critical tech streams, ensuring day-to-day operations align with studio goals while promoting collaboration across teams to achieve milestones and deliver a high-quality product.
I started my career in software engineering and have worked my way up to leading teams. I’ve delivered successful projects in gaming, finance, and tech by combining my technical knowledge with leadership and planning skills.

My role involves managing four critical tech streams, overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding technical decision-making, and ensuring that our team's output aligns with the broader vision of the studio.
